Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
MMA is a full contact sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground. This includes boxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, kickboxing, taekwondo, karate, judo and other styles.
At The Dojo, our MMA students train in Jiu Jitsu and practice ground work, standing techniques, cardio and boxing. Sensei Angelo trains all of our fighters to make sure they are prepared for the demands of competition, both physically and mentally.
